The guarantee is provided under the Prospura Outcomes Guarantee Rider to your subscription agreement, which controls if anything here differs. Eligibility includes a 12-month subscription, at least 12 months of history in your systems, and meeting the customer commitments above. “Fees” means subscription fees actually paid for the period, excluding onboarding, taxes and third-party costs. Remedies are service credits, or on exit a refund capped at 50% of fees for Days 1–120. One guarantee per customer. Results depend on your data and the fixes you act on.
